Here at Reclaimed Womban, my vision is to support womben on their healing and wellness journey. Whether you are preparing for pregnancy, pregnant, or just gave birth, I will help you along the journey. I will do this by:
Creating a safe space in which you can feel empowered and claim autonomy over your body, womb, decisions and healing.
Providing culturally competent and inclusive care that everyone deserves.
Increasing confidence in our bodies and how we care for them.
Providing information and resources that will allow you to make informed decisions around reproductive health.
BIRTHING PACKAGE

2-3 prenatal visits (can be virtual)

Identify your personal support needs and provide education/wellness information, as well as pain management techniques.

Assistance creating a birth and postpartum plan.

Constant text/phone/email support throughout pregnancy. 24 hour on call support starting 4 weeks before the due date.

Present for entire labor and delivery (support and advocacy).

Present 1-2 hours after your birth to assist with transition and breast/chestfeeding.

2 postpartum visits. Unlimited text/phone/email support for 6 weeks after the birth.

Access to resources, referrals.

Additional prenatal or postpartum visits can be arranged for $25/hr.

Offering Support
With my Birthing Guidance, I offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and step in with anything you might need.
POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
Here for You
Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful. My role with my Postpartum Support service is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. No matter when you need me, I will be there offering support.
PRENATAL VISITS
Informative and Compassionate
I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby.
YONI STEAMING
The healing art of yoni steaming goes back thousands of years. A Yoni Steam is a soothing treatment that provides healing and cleansing for the female reproductive system using the warmth of specific herbs that have been steamed. The warmth of the steam permeates the exterior/vulva and enters the body through the vagina. The healing properties of the herbs can assist with things such as a painful or absent period, healing after giving birth, increasing fertility and much more.
